Why Support Inclusive Alliance?
Inclusive Alliance is aspiring to lead the way in developing a robust social care network for Central New York & Mohawk Valley Region 7, and we believe that the best way to do this is collaboratively.
We exceed all of the criteria required to be the lead SCN entity. Inclusive Alliance is a 501c3 nonprofit IPA, formed in 2016. Our network is made up of nearly 50 Community Based Organizations spanning the CNY region including Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga and Oswego counties. Our fully virtual team is based entirely in Central New York. Our Board of Directors is also entirely based within the regions we serve.
