Lauren has extensive experience in health services. She has a proven track record of strategically connecting healthcare and community-based organizations to achieve goals and develop programs that improve health outcomes for the community

Nicole is passionate about improving systems of care in the community, supporting providers to provide high quality care and is excited to bring her knowledge and skills to the work Inclusive Alliance IPA is doing to support our network.   

Manager of Operations

Salina is excited to be a part of a team that emphasizes equitable community development. Her aspirations include serving the Syracuse community and beyond through her passion for advocacy.

Big or small, we are organizations working together to navigate an increasingly complex business and service environment. The Board is comprised of really smart people who don't take themselves too seriously and are seriously committed to the IPA's success.

The Inclusive Alliance is pushing forward with perhaps the most important change work we have seen in decades and through the Inclusive Alliance SNCC is connected with some of the most powerful organizations and leaders across our region.
